Several years ago as King’s Arms Church, we asked the question: “Is there more to Christian living than we are currently experiencing?” Ever since then we have been on a journey to discover what a normal Christian life is, that doesn’t shy away from impossible situations because we have a God that doesn’t have impossible in His dictionary. TSM was birthed from this journey of discovering more about the King and His Kingdom.
THE HEART BEHIND TSM
We believe that the life Jesus modelled is meant to be the normal Christian life for every believer, not just a few superstars. At TSM we aim to create a safe place for our students to step into their God-given mandate; to heal the sick, prophesy God’s heart, set the captives free and see people come to faith in Christ.
The impossible will stay impossible if we don’t learn to abide in Him and let His truth set us free. At TSM we prioritise helping our students grow in their revelation of who God is as their Father and who they are as His beloved sons and daughters.
KING'S ARMS CHURCH
TSM is a part of King’s Arms Church in Bedford. King’s Arms Church is a Christian church which has grown to be a community of around 1000 people from all different ages, stages and walks of life. Our purpose is to live life the way Jesus described that it should be.
TSM is not a separate ministry or organisation. It is an integral part of the King’s Arms family and is under the authority of the church Elders.
If our goal is to learn to live like Jesus, our culture defines the kind of people we want to be on the journey. Intentionally establishing a culture that looks like God’s Kingdom has meant that breakthrough, both in and through our students, has come quicker and easier. Our teaching is full of revelation, our activations bring incredible freedom, our courage groups are like family, but it’s our culture that creates the environment necessary for all that God does to take root and grow.
TSM Culture was birthed out of the culture of King’s Arms Church. We aim to be people of Honour, Generosity, Acceptance, Authenticity and Courage.
TSM starts with a Friday evening and a Saturday on the 6th-7th October and then meets in term time every Thursday night for evening school and Friday daytime for our daytime school. The school includes an additional 4 Saturday’s.
